Privacy Policy

1. Summary & Philosophy

Sabo Study ("we", "our", or "the Service") is a simple task management tool created by Eduardo Zamora. We respect your privacy. We do not sell your data, we do not show you advertisements, and we do not track you across the internet. We only process the minimal data required to let you log in and manage your tasks.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Sabo Study, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Google Account Information: When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your email address, full name, and avatar image from Google. We use this solely to identify your account and personalize your workspace.
  • Task & Workspace Data: Any tasks, descriptions, priorities, categories, and completion statuses you create inside the application.
  • Technical & Session Data: Authentication tokens and essential session cookies managed by Supabase to keep you securely signed in.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to provide the core functionality of the Service:

  • To authenticate your identity and keep your tasks isolated from other users using Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • To synchronize your tasks in real-time across your connected devices.
  • We do NOT use your task content for training machine learning models or for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure to deliver the application:

  • Google Identity Services: Provides secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. Subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: Manages our PostgreSQL cloud database, authentication, and WebSocket real-time engine. Subject to the Supabase Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your tasks:

  • Deleting tasks: Clicking the delete icon on any task immediately removes it from your view and database.
  • Experimental data purge: As outlined in our Terms of Service, this is an experimental application and all data may be wiped, modified, or reset without warning.
  • Account deletion: You may request complete account and data removal by contacting zamoraeduardoa@gmail.com.

6. Security

We enforce Supabase PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS), meaning your task records can only be queried by your authenticated Google user token. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
