Sabo Study is a personal, experimental project provided on an as-is basis. While we make every effort to keep your tasks intact, data may occasionally be reset or modified during development updates. Please avoid storing critical or sensitive personal records.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in with Google, accessing, or using Sabo Study ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every word of these terms, do not use the Service and close this window immediately.
2. Experimental Nature & "As-Is" Service
Sabo Study is developed by Eduardo Zamora as a lightweight, experimental to-do application. It is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Features may change, break, become unavailable, or disappear at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will function without interruptions, bugs, or delays.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
Access to the Service requires authenticating with a valid Google account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Sabo Study solely for lawful task and personal productivity management. You must not:
- Use the Service to transmit, store, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the vulnerability of our Supabase infrastructure or authentication systems.
- Engage in automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or abuse the API/database resources.
- Store unlawful, infringing, or defamatory content in task titles or descriptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduardo Zamora and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed $0.00 USD under any circumstances.
6. Service Modification & Termination
We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account, access, or the entire application at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability.
